·       Make sure that the S T A R S members become capable of leading the public in their struggle against Social Evils and Injustice.

·       Endeavour to gift the nation a ‘leadership circle’ of Spiritual, Human and Intellectual Integrity.

S T A R S dreams the day when the top echelons of the administrative mechanism of the nation is led by the people who are deep rooted in human values and who tenaciously uphold these values despite the unrelenting challenges that always confront them. When the signs of the time herald the very true meaning and integrity of humanity at risk, we need people of right spiritual foundation, moral convictions and sense of social justice to make our tomorrows brighter, upright and above all the dignity and integrity of human life inviolable.
